Return Policy

If you are not completely delighted with your puzzle experience, we will replace your puzzle with a new one for free within a year of your purchase.

Simply contact us at 1-800-548-8009 Monday - Friday, from 8AM - 4:30PM EST, and one of our Customer Service Representatives will help you with your replacement puzzle.

*Customer is not required to return puzzle but must pay $7.99 shipping for replacement puzzle. Happiness Guarantee is limited to ONE replacement per customer.

Missing Pieces

If your issue is for a missing piece, we simply ask that you give a couple days to thoroughly look around your house to see if your missing piece turns up before calling. It is rare that a puzzle arrives with missing pieces. We have hundreds of stories about pieces turning up days later in peculiar places! If you still can't find the missing piece we will send you a new puzzle free of charge.

*Missing pieces or damaged pieces require customer to complete our replacement claims form which requires photos of the completed puzzle with issue and barcode from box. Customer is not required to send back puzzle.

OTHER RETURNS

If you are looking to return a puzzle for reasons other than the above, you may return a puzzle as long as it was purchased new and seal has not been opened. Please return the puzzle to White Mountain Puzzles: PO Box 818: Jackson, NH 03846. Please pack it inside another cardboard box. Puzzles that are simply wrapped in paper will always arrive to us damaged and will be unsellable. The original payment type will be credited.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
